Roles & Responsibility

  • Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
  • Sourcing and shortlisting CVs from job portals based on given requirements and keywords
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
  • Coordinating with candidates and clients to schedule interviews and track the candidate’s journey.
  • Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.

Required

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • MS-Office
  • Interpersonal & Decision-Making Skills
  • Must have personal Laptop. 
  • Understanding of Technology & Technical Skills.
