Functional Safety

1. Take accountability for Functional Safety Projects.
2. Act as safety analyst, reviewer.
3. Support various FuSa work products and their confirmation reviews like Requirements, FSC, TSC, Safety Case etc.
4. Act as interface between OEM and Tier 1 supplier.
5. Elicitation & breakdown, document and review functional safety requirements with customer and supplier.
6. Support Safety Analysis activities like FMEA,FMEDA, FTA.
7. Determine the safety performance and based on safety analysis for target architecture.

Skills:

1. 5+ years related technical experience in automotive system architecture SW or HW development.
2. 2+ years in a functional safety management & engineering.
3. Technical expertise in functional safety (ISO 26262, ISO 21448, IEC 61508).
4. Knowledge in quantitative safety analysis like FTA, FMEDA.
5. Drive for results, team player, change orientation, customer focus and self-awareness.
6. Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
