Job Description:
- Implement standardized processes and innovative mechanisms to implement the patch management strategy for end points.
- Closely work with businesses, internal IT team for faster delivery
- Effective utilization of patch applications to achieve desired patch compliance
- Monthly Reporting & Reviews with Service Provider
- Strictly follow BFL defined policy and framework.
- Work closely with other IT managers to address ongoing operational needs
- Manage key vendors and team relationships to ensure consistent performance against established service level agreements.
- Work with outsourced service delivery partner to ensure strict Project timelines.

- Flexible to handle multiple tasks / projects at same time.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain SCCM infrastructure components such as site servers, distribution points, boundary groups, and client settings.
- Package, deploy, and update software applications and security patches across desktops, laptops using SCCM.
- Create and manage OS deployment task sequences for automated installation and configuration of operating systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor compliance status, software inventory, hardware inventory, and other key performance indicators using SCCM reporting tools.
- Set up and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM), including enrollment, compliance policies, and application management for iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
- Configure and deploy Intune policies for Windows OS management, including endpoint security, application deployment, and update management.
- Manage Intune app protection policies to secure data accessed by mobile apps on enrolled devices.
- Configure and manage co-management scenarios to integrate SCCM and Intune for unified device management and compliance reporting.
- Implement cloud-based features such as Autopilot for Windows deployment and Windows Update for Business for update management.
- Ensure seamless integration and synchronization between SCCM and Intune environments for device inventory, application deployment, and policy enforcement.
- Investigate and resolve SCCM and Intune-related issues, including client enrollment failures, software deployment errors, and compliance policy violations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex device management and security incidents.
- Document SCCM and Intune configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Share knowledge and provide training to IT staff and end-users on SCCM and Intune usage and capabilities.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Engineering Graduate with an experience of more than 3 years in end point patch management
- Hands on experience on patch management application (EMS Intune, SCCM, Adaptiva etc.)
- Hands on experience in managing Azure AD, Intune policies, PowerShell scripting etc.
- Good project management skill
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skill.
- Knowledge of Office 365 & Active Directory
- Knowledge of IT Audit & Compliance will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and experience with Azure services.
- Familiarity with mobile application management (MAM) and conditional access policies in Intune.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management concepts.
- Familiarity with mobile device platforms such as iOS, Android, and Windows.
- Strong understanding of mobile device management (MDM) concepts and protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
